2.下載openCV
2-0. CodeBlocks 要重開 (PATH 安裝完之後,便會修改 PATH 的設定)
3. File-New-Empty file, 存成 week10_texture_background
3-1. 點開 OpenCV #include <opencv/highgui.h> //使用 opencv的外掛
4. 設定很困難 (include, lib, 咒語)
4-1. seting->compiler->serch directories-compiler->add inclode
4-2. seting->compiler->serch directories->linker->add lib
4-3. seting->compiler->linker setttings->add (cv210/cxcore210/highgui210)
